ABOUT RUSSELL
Russell Haehl is one of Houston's premier trumpet players and music educators, serving as both first trumpet and Artistic Director of the Houston Brass Quintet, as well as principal solo cornet with the Magnolia City Brass Band. He has performed with renowned ensembles such as the Houston Symphony and Houston Grand Opera and frequently appears at weddings, church services, and private events. Equally committed to music education, Russell leads masterclasses throughout the city, teaches private lessons from his studio in central Houston, and serves as a trumpet instructor for the Houston Youth Symphony and several top schools across the Greater Houston area.
